No. Every call, course and team session is live and virtual over Google Meet. You only need a laptop and an internet connection. We do not run in-person sessions.

No. Our training is not SkillsFuture-claimable and is not grant-funded. The upside: no paperwork, it can start within 2 weeks, and it uses your own work as examples.

No. If you can write an email and use WhatsApp, you can learn this. We start from where you are.

It depends on your Claude plan and settings. We show you what to avoid sharing and which settings keep your data more private.

Introductory covers everyday work such as emails, documents, customer replies and spreadsheets. Advanced teaches Claude Projects, Skills and connectors. Expert 1 covers a shared team knowledge base, loops and review steps. Expert 2 covers several Claude agents working together and end-to-end automation. Expert 3 covers usage optimisation and company-wide setup and is quoted separately. You can take the first four levels one at a time, or all four for S$1,900 per person.
