Claude courses, from everyday work to Expert

Five course levels, all live on Google Meet. Take one level at a time, or the first four as a package. Expert 3 is quoted separately.

Introductory course

S$250 per person

Everyday work. 3 hours live on Google Meet, up to 8 people. Or a private session for up to 3 people at S$600.

  • How Claude works and where it can go wrong
  • Writing clear instructions (prompts) that get useful answers
  • Emails and messages: draft replies, follow-ups and quotations in your tone
  • Documents and meetings: summarise contracts, reports and notes
  • Customer replies for WhatsApp, email and reviews
  • Spreadsheets: formulas, messy lists and plain questions about your data
  • Marketing content: product descriptions, social posts and simple newsletters
  • Using it safely: what not to paste in, and how to check for mistakes

Good for: beginners, admin and sales staff who have never used Claude or any AI, or have tried and given up.

Advanced course

S$450 per person

Projects, Skills and connectors in Claude. 2 sessions of 3 hours on Google Meet, up to 6 people. Or a private session for up to 3 people at S$1,000.

  • Reusable prompt templates you can save and share
  • Claude Projects (saved instructions and files Claude follows every time) for repeat tasks
  • Connecting steps into a multi-step workflow your team can follow
  • Connecting Claude to the apps you already use (email, calendar, Google Drive and Sheets) so it can read and act on your real data
  • Working with long files: contracts, reports and data exports
  • Analysing sales and expense spreadsheets in plain language

Good for: people already using Claude or another AI now and then who want it to save real hours every week.

Expert 1 course

S$650 per person

Shared knowledge, loops and reviews in Claude. 2 sessions of 3 hours on Google Meet, up to 6 people.

  • Building a shared team knowledge base Claude works from (your policies, product facts and past answers in one place)
  • Setting up loops: tasks that run on a schedule by themselves, such as a weekly summary of new enquiries
  • Review steps where a person checks Claude's output before it goes out to customers
  • Handing these setups to your team so they keep working after the course

Good for: teams ready to make Claude part of how work runs every week, not just a one-off chat.

Expert 2 course

S$850 per person

Several Claude agents and advanced connectors for end-to-end automation. 2 sessions of 3 hours on Google Meet, up to 6 people.

  • Using several Claude agents together, each handling part of a job (for example, one reads new enquiries, another drafts a reply, and a third logs the outcome)
  • Advanced connector setup so Claude can move work across your apps from start to finish
  • End-to-end examples: an enquiry arrives, gets logged, a reply is drafted, and a person approves it before it sends
  • Handing these multi-assistant setups to your team so they keep running after the course

Good for: teams that finished Expert 1 and want whole processes to run with little manual work.

Expert 3 course

Usage optimisation and company-wide Claude setup. Live on Google Meet, format tailored to your company.

  • Usage optimisation: keeping Claude costs down without losing useful output
  • Choosing the right Claude plan (Pro, Team or Enterprise) and data settings for your company
  • Company setup: access controls, security, and rolling Claude out across departments

Good for: companies that need tighter control over cost, data and how Claude is used across the organisation. Quoted separately from the 4-level package.

All 4 levels package

S$1,900 per person

Introductory, Advanced, Expert 1 and Expert 2 together. Saves S$300 versus S$2,200 if you buy each level separately. Expert 3 is quoted separately and is not included.

  • The first four course levels, in order

Good for: people who know they want the full path from everyday work through Expert 2.
